Remarks
This college is one of the best college in Malabar region (Northern Kerala) based on infrastructure, facilities and faculties. but due to tight academic schedule and descipline, students get less chance to enjoy their college days. The strictness and disciplinary actions like fine system can cause extra burden for students. But overall, the college focus on technical and merit based achievements of each of their students for their bright future.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum is adapted with new era. New Technics and technology are added into the course on a semester basis. There will be university board semester exams at end of each semester. And college will conduct 4 internal exam in a semester-based on modules.
Placement Experience
The college provides lots of placements and job opportunities to the students. Many multinational companies come and select fourth-year Engineering students. Internship options are not available as per my knowledge.
College Events
Lots of technical and cultural events are held in the college. Department based fests, Ted conferences, IEEE conferences, Art fests, Festival Celebration like Onam, Christmas, Easter, Eid, Holi etc. College authority provides full support and encourages students to actively participate in all these activities.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure and other expenses required for completing bachelor's degree is expensive for a middle class family student. But Government Scholarships and educational loan facilities provided by various banks can be utilized by students for reducing the burden. Also college provides various schemes on fee structure on merit basis.

The college assists students and families to get various scholarships and other financial helps provided by private and public sector organizations. There are many scholarships available based on category and merits. Minority scholarships and Category based scholarships can be applied by respective students with proper documents. Also nationalized and cooperative bank provides educational loan as per the need of each student. It should be returned after the due date after completing the college including the agreed interests.
Campus Life
The college provides best infrastructure and facilities to students. There are various laboratories based on courses and papers in each semester. There are 4 volleyball courts, and other sports tournaments held in college. Interested students can get engaged any sports as per their interest. The college comes up with the best infrastructure and facilities in the Malabar region.
Alumni/Alumna
Vimal Jyothi Engineering College Chemperi conducts yearly alumni meetings and other interactive sessions in the college. The senior students are very helpful and supportive to junior students. And college authority make sure that, all juniors are treated good and assisted properly. Alumni network is really appreciated and supported by the college authorities and faculties.

Apply through Kerala Govt. Engineering entrance process. Select Vimal Jyothi Engineering College as the institue option and wait for allotments. Go for an interview when you get call from college authority.

All faculties I met in Vimal Jyothi Engineering College Chemperi was really helping. They motivates and guides the students to achieve the goal in there life. They provides all technical support for projects and laboratory activities.
