Remarks

It's a great infrastructure and the teachers are very friendly and helpful.Its a nature friendly campus and there are activities like NSS and Nature club to protect it. We have a strict discipline in our campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have oppted for BA Philosophy and there is a semster system going on and has internal exams which is conducted by the college and semester exams which is conducted by the university.The marks of the internal exams is added in your semester Mark list.

Placement Experience

We have different opportunity to apply after completing the PG Course from our campus.We can apply for NET and SET entrance examination and start your career as a teacher in your same campus.We can apply for various different posts after completing your studies.

College Events

We have nature friendly campus and organisation like NSS and Nature Club to protect nature.We have Science club and English club for academics development.We have football, cricket, hockey, volleyball etc for sports.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I have admitted in base of my excellent marklist. Students who does have mark for qualification shall give some amount as donation and grant a seat in courses which everyone does not choose. If you have elegibility money doesn't matter.

Fees and Financial Aid

As you are not selected via merit list you need to pay some amount as donation for admission.If you have a excellent marklist you will get help from bank for students loan which shall only be repaid after completing your studies and getting a job.

If you are not a day scholar and need to opted for hostel there is hostel facility with good infrastructure and cleanliness hostel.We have a friendly hostel and everybody helps each other.We have a good mess for preparing food for the hostelers.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

As we have a excellent campus with great infrastructure and cleanliness and friendly and supporting helpful teachers who guide us towards our goal.Every senior students are getting excellent results in their mark and overall activities.

Admission

I have applied in Kerala University's online portal and I applied there with my Plus 2 qualifications. After the trial allotment I have got an interview call from the principal. I had attended the interview and was selected as a student of my Wonderful and Nature friendly campus which is at the top in academics and overall championship.

A practical choice with quality education

Likes

Firstly i likes the campus its very beautiful and naturally buided
Second i love the central library of our college its amazing.
Third i like the infrastructure of our college its perfectly balanced.

Dislikes

I didn’t like the restroom of our college its good not perfect one.
Second I didn’t like the some classroom its very old model.
Third I didn’t like the bathroom structure its not good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculam as moderatly relevent and fairly good .which is one of the main reason i choose this course . And i am very passionate about history teaching method and i want to become a history teacher these was the main reasons i choose the course.

the university is eco friendly and supports sustainable development and has better infrastructure and high technological facilities and equipments
the university has well qualified facility and experienced staffs which is very good for the peers
the university has lots of solar panel which is very important to maintain sustainable development it also saves electricity

Dislikes

as well it is a developing university there are lot of construction works taking place around so the sound of these works are bit noisy
the transportation facility in the university for hostel students are not working properly and staffs who drive the buggies does not pick up the students until they ask them to
as the university is placed in a hill top it is difficult for most of the students to reach here and also it is a rural area so it has its own limits

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is suitable for the modern age of teaching,the way of education is well balanced with projects, assignments, presentations and also notes .we have reading assignments where the faculty members ask us to read an entire book and give our review on it.the exams are quiet moderate and in my opinion teachers should use more ai tools as a learning aid which will be more effective for the students

Actually this course is a better choiche for those who wants to be a teacher in English. Because it gives us dual degrees which normally takes a time period of 6 to 7 years to complete. So it is really good course

Likes

My college has a tradition of 103 years of legacy
The campus is very clean and tidy and provide a green scenery
The building in the old model is the most beautiful.

Dislikes

Being an old building, there is no technological development
Seminar halls are not available in all departments.
Hostel time restriction has been placed. That is why it is difficult to be a student

With a strong network of industry connection, the actively facilitates internship, job placement and workshop. Sheethal mam is incharge of placement cell. Many job drives and companies were corporate with college and students. The average package is 25000 for undergraduate students.

I visited more organisations and human centres such as "Shanti Bavanam". And "Wecare". This college gives so many placements to students in so many companies the number of students getting placements is more than 85 percentage

Admission:

This university is entirely based on art and culture for getting admission here I gave an aptitude test and then interview. Total marks for both was 75 50 for test and 25 for interview.. questions were basic if we used your analysis power.

Actually in my college there is no entrance exam in my course, I chose this course (BA economics) because of my parents advice and I know how this course is important in the future I got admission on the merits basis. I got an admission card from the college. So there is no other procedures, admission based on plus two marks.

When I decided to Apply for masters I had applied in 3 Colleges- Sree Narayana College kollam, Fatima Mata National College and BJM Chavara. And I found out that best campus best facilities and good teachers are there in SBC kollam. So that I prefer SNC kollam. I got admission in BJM but I didn't like the rules and campus but I didnt get admission in Fatima Mata National College. The admission process was pretty easy, I got merit admission into the college. eligibility of the course was Plus two passes.
