Remarks

College infrastructure was good and also the location is good.

Entrance Preview

I gave 12 exam in science scream and i wanted admission in college which were in ahmedabad and gandhinagar and it was among one of the best colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was according to the gujarat university curriculum but can be improved with more of the practical stuffs along with the theory more focus is given on the theory which students need to mug up and pass the exam but along with that if they would have practically make them understood it would be beneficial for them.

Internships Opportunities

No our college did not provided internship so there was no option of stipend available but they ran and placement program which would be helpful for getting jobs for students.

Placement Experience

Many companies came to our college campus like L&T, Syntel, and many more small companies they took about 100 students and the average package they provided was about 2.8 lakhs only the disadvantage was all the companies had a bond of 2 years in general.

College Events

There were many cultural and technical events celebrated in our college we also participated in the other college technical events the participation was the whole college as well as other colleges too.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is bit expensive it was about Rs 55000 per semester which would have been increased now to about Rs 80000.

There were some competitions related to debate and also some workshop were organized in the college.the gender ratio was about 60:40 male: females.

Hostel Facilities

I did not stayed in hostel but the hostel fcility was provided and the mess food was also good the hostel facility was paid and also the mess food but was affordable.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Exam Structure

Exams were not very frequent and labs were good and all the equipments were well managed some times it turned out to be hectic which i think is normal in student life.

Faculty of the college was a mix and match some of the faculty were highly qualified and some were starters the level of the teaching or knowledge sharing was good and tried to give their best based on their knowledge learnt a lot from them it was great e

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.

My Life at D.D.I.T

Placement Experience:

The placement are one of the best in Gujarat for chemical engineering as the average package is on the higher side, at 6,50,000 and the highest package has reached 16,00,000. - students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement - some companies that have visited are Reliance Atul Bear L&T G.S.F.C Etc - around 70% of the batch was placed last year. - my plan is to prepare for Gate examination after/around my graduation.

Great experience in College Life

I choosed this college because it is well known and also near to my relatives house so that whenever I don't feel like to be in hostel i can go there.
