Course Curriculum Overview
The course provides bachelor's degree in arts and sciences. In my B.sc degree we were taught almost all the concepts very well and the labs are also very good.I simply love this college and there are internal exams and end semester exams.
College Events
There are many notable events in the college and I simply love this events. There is Bratachari ,in which I also won the cartwheel competition and it was simply lit.There is interdepartmental football competition.There are few seminars and workshops too in the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The apparent fee structure of the college is good but in reality it is slightly high because the facilities in the college are limited. It goes like this B.A general-2850 BA hons-3425 B.Sc(Geography & Zoology)-6570 B.Sc(Agricultural management)-8570 B.Sc general-4695
Campus Life
The cultural events like Bratachari NCC NSS Inter departmental football competition Swacha Bharat Abhiyan Computer labs are air conditioned and good with modern facilities. Central library Playground
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors are alright but they have a slight habit of bullying and teasing juniors. Some of them are even helpful too but keep distance from certain bunch of students who are involved in some unruly situations.
Admission
Admission into this college through 10+2 marks.You need to apply online in the admission portal and selection will be on the basis of merit list. I had 72% so I got easily selected and after that there will be verification of documents and other formalities.
Faculty
College faculty is average and you will have to be very focused in the class because once the topics are taught they won't be repeated.I think there is a gulf between the faculty and us and approaching them is difficult at times.
