Remarks
The most important part of the college is its location.Medinipur is a very sweet little district in outskirts of West Bengal.The people there are very good and friendly. With the college point of view it is ok but extra curricular activities in the college is very limited.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college provides 9-10 courses including bachelor's degree in arts and sciences. There is internal exams and end semester exams where weightage is 25% and 75% respectively. The course is slightly outdated and needs to be updated slightly.
College Events
There are many events celebrated in the college of which the most important one is Bratachari which is like a hub of cultural activities.Many exciting activities like cartwheel,inter departmental football competition.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of the college is very good.It goes like this:- B.A General-2850 BA Hons-3425 B.Sc(Geography &Zoology)-6570 B.Sc(Agricultural management)-8570 B.Sc general-4695 There is not much extra facilities in the college but the fees are ok.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities in the college like:- Bratachari Cartwheel competition Inter departmental football Prize distribution NCC NSS Seminars And few other activities. The college is slightly more inclined to academic with very little interest in activities.
Admission
I got admission into this college through 10+2 marks. First of all you need to know the criteria i.e 45%aggregate and 50% in a particular subject in which you want to do further study. You need to apply online for admission and it will be on the basis of merit list.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is very good and are expert in their respective fields.The best thing about them is that they mostly belong to a place called Medinipur and they are extremely humble and sweet and studying with them is fun.
