I gave JEE Mains exam for admission in this college. I scored 182 in JEE Mains out of 360 marks and 96% in Boards ExamDTU is the best college in Delhi.Placements is good at this college. It provides best faculty. these are the few reasons for choocing this college

When it comes to Internships and jobs,our college might not be better than IITs but it is very much comparable to all these massive institutes. Google , Microsoft and Delloite all these big name visit the campus every year. Average package of DTU whole batch is around 5 lakhs/- , and alsmost everybody get placed eventually except thoso who are preparing for higher studies or civil services.

College has good placements, has tie-ups with corporate. dtu has large alumni base can be found in many industries. companies also hire for summer internships from campus. international offers - google, epic, hikari tsushin, etc. key industries - microsoft, google, directi, goldman sachs, etc.

The college organizes cultural and academic festivals. While the cultural festivals are a break from studies and comprise events such as music concerts and fashion shows, the academic festivals form a common platform for students and academicians across the country to meet and showcase research. The cultural festival Engifest is held every year in February. Engifest plays host to a variety of events like star night, rock shows, plays, dances, drag shows and others. In the past Engifest has been celebrated by likes of Euphoria, Parikrama, and through performances by renowned artistes like Suraj Jagan, Hard Kaur, Shibani Kashyap, Mohit Chauhan etc. The college also has a variety of technical festivals celebrated in the same month by various departments. The events see participation from all corners of the nation. Innova fest is the annual technical festival of DCE organised by the Civil and Mechanical Department in association with ASME, SEM and SAE. One of the most nation wide successful event of Innova fest has been the DelTech MUN (Model United Nations)

The fee structure of the college is very feasible.It;s around 1 lakh for b.tech course which is very much feasible for b.tech course. So , fees are not a big problem. many gets scholarship based on their performance.

Scholarships are available for students from economically weaker section. loan facility is also available. scholarship is also given to students who have achieved top rank in semester examination. Scholarship was provided to one of my friend who was the topper.

This is based on my personal experience in DCE, although parts of this could be true for any student from any college :)I feel that there are several stages you experience, starting from the time when it sinks in that in a few days, you are actually going to leave this wonderful college forever .Campus life is very good. one enjoys his campus life a lot. lot of extra curricular activities are involved such as labs , sports , debates and much more.

DTU has 9 Boys and 3 Girls hostels in the campus that can accomodate around 1100 boys and 250 girls. These hostels are: Boys Hostels 1. Bhaskaracharya Hostel 2. Sir C. V. Raman Hostel 3. Sir I.C. Bose Hostel 4 Varahmihir Hostel 5. Sir Visversvaraya Hostel

There is no discrimination on the basis of gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status. No ragging is done by seniors. Seniors are very friendly and help very much,The alumini network is very strong and is really very effective

you have two examinations per semester. mid term(20 marks), end semester exam(70 marks) and internals(10 marks). back paper criterion, suppose if you have back in any odd or even semester you will give that back paper in the next odd or even semester resp
