You can learn a lot because of rigor and how to face the pressure in corporate but if you want to be a bit chill it is not very easy in XIME. The college is very very strict regarding attendance and it is autonomous
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good except a few subjects and exam structure is very difficult i.e. 2 exams in a day with 2 hours gap and the teacher teaches new topics also before the exam day which makes it difficult to score high
Placement Experience
yes it provides placements and internships to the students and it has major credit in the course. You also have to do SUPA from a NGO which is good too and the companies for internship come like itc and infosys
College Events
events such as independence day and republic day are celebrated by the college.While clubs of the college celebrate rest of the festivals along with the students in the college and XIMERA as an event is a major event of the college
Fee Structure And Facilities
the fee structure is very expensive because of the city bangalore as the city is very expensive to stay in general too so if you can take a loan then you can afford it otherwise paying from own pocket is difficult
Fees and Financial Aid
scholarship is provided upto 2.5 lacs if you have low income and the loan facility can be availed by the student on their behalf but nothing from college. Small amounts are given on auspicious days for performing well in academics and competitions
Campus Life
no the extracurricular activities are nothing great as the infra is not available much . Moreover because of strong syllabus one does not get enough time to spend in sports but lab is there but no use if there as such and library is good too
Hostel Facilities
the hostel infrastructure is excellent with the fees paid as it is very high. It has good bathrooms and bedroom so there is no difficult and boys have a attached bathroom with a 3 sharing bedroom and 24*& water and electricity
Alumni/Alumna
the alumni network is very good through linked in and other social media. also the alumni from the college also teach in the college now so the alumni network is quite good in that sense and senior students are well placed too
Admission
Gave the MAT exam 2018. Scored 86.2 percentile. Applied for the college in September. GD and PI took place in March 2019. then the result came out in April 2019 and the fees was told and the joining date of the college also.
Faculty
the faculty is not that great but good enough. some faculties are iim and iit pass outs but since the rigorous course is there so the faculty has to complete the syllabus very quick so they are not able to give complete knowledge
