Remarks

Great Placements. Great job opportunities. Restrictions for hostellers. Too many restrictions on girls. Great Curriculum. Great alumni network. Great mess food quality. Great hostel accommodation. Expensive mess and hostel charges.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is completely satisfactory. In fact, VIT is ranked no. 1 private institution in India. With directional efforts, you can easily get a super dream job offer with more than 10 lakh per annum. You have a fully flexible credit system, so you'll have a choice for selecting subjects.

Placement Experience

Placements and job opportunities are extremely satisfactory. If you work hard for 10 years, it is easy to get a job of 5-30 lakh per annum. The internship company will be approved by the college and you will also get course credit for that.

College Events

TECHNOVIT, VIBRANCE, Ganesh Utsav, Durga Pooja. It is completely satisfactory.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive. You'll require 3lakh to 5lakh per year.

Campus Life

You will get limited opportunities in this section as we only have 1-2 teams for each sport like cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, rugby, tug of war, badminton. Girls have time restrictions. So overall not so good for sports aspect. Labs are great. They are air-conditioned. So overall neatly maintained.

Hostel Facilities

Great mess food quality. Great hostel accommodation.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Admission

VITEEE: It is a separate entrance exam for Vellore institute of technology branches: Vellore, Chennai, Amravati, Bhopal. Always a better option to go for a choice if you don't get IIT's or NIT's. The admission process is user friendly. I did it from the Chennai campus.

Faculty

They are knowledgeable and supportive. You can anytime ask them for guidance. In fact, VIT Chennai is among the major colleges for publishing most research papers. So you are perfectly nurtured in your career.

DRNGPIT is a tough gig to survive!!

Campus placements happens and happens usually from September to December. Every student's are asked to appear for the interview rounds and these opportunities are provided to us in our second last semester. Mostly all are placed before the final semester of theirs.

From the 6th semester, students are allowed to attend the placement. Many companies are visiting our college for example cadens, mistral, tessolve, vvdn, and for software TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, CTS, HCL etc. The highest average pack for a student in our college is 12 lakh per annum. You know everyone first priority would be going into the iits or nits if you won't get a seat there you search deemed to be colleges like vit amity , I choose vit as my college over iiit sri city which I got seat in it because vit has more exposure than iiit sricity and the main choosing vit was you get good college life with a beautiful campus, the people surrounded in vit are more better and knowledable compared to other colleges like amity, amrita,satyabamma and I aslo thought of going into amity and but I am that I am in vit I think it's better in every corner from that as per placements, college life and even faculty . Amity university Noida,Delhi technological University in delhi , Jamia Millia Islamia in Delhi. I applied this college for my admission. But i dont get because of mark. In all subject.
