Remarks

The only thing I was dissatisfied about this college is the fees structure which is quite high for a mediocre class family and lack of good parking facility, although for which they fetch a good amount of money from the students without proper parking faci

Entrance Preview

KMAT-98.69 percentile. I chose this college because this college has a very good name for its excellent placement facility. Its more good if you have a good academic background but even if you do not have then also you will get placement opportunity but that would be a little less.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The college has recently gained autonomous status both for UG and PG courses and the HOD is also changed. The current HOD is someone whom you would be proud to have one. Dhe is too good not only in studies but also in every other fields. She has a very unique way of teaching and you need not have much prior idea of anything in order to learn from her. She will make you learn everything right from the scratch.

Internships Opportunities

Yes. 10-12 companies visit the campus who provides internship and that also gets converted to regular job offers upon good performance in the company. These companies provides stipend ranging around 10-20K per month.

Placement Experience

4

Yes. The college is very much well known for its campus placements. Not less than 60-70 companies visits the campus every year and they hire in masses but that will also depend on the company requirement. The college placement team also has tie-ups with other colleges so you will also get invites for pooled-campus placements. The highest package the companies provide is not less than 8-10L P.A. and the average is 4L P.A. You can visit the college website for further details.

College Events

3.5

The college is also well known for the extra-curricular activities it organizes. Amongst this is the well renowned College fest. Apart from this there are departmental fests and other small functions throughout the year. You will really have a good time regarding this.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes. This is the sector which you would rate the college a bit low. The fees structure of the college is a bit high. So if you are from a very mediocre family then I would suggest you to give a second thought to the enrollment in this college. But if you can afford with ease then you will really like it. It is one of the most beautiful college campus in Bangalore. The second campus although a bit far from the maon city but is more beautiful than the old one.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are loan facilities you can avail to study in the college but I did not avail one such. The college has good tie-up with Vijaya Bank and the loan facility from this bank is a smooth process.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The college has got two categories of hostel. The Indian Hostel and the NRI Hostel. Although the name is NRI but Indian students are also allowed to stay. And the food quality of the Indian hostel is OK type but the NRI hostel has got much better food qua

Alumni/Alumna

The college has got a very strong alumni network but frankly telling I haven't attended any alumni meet so I do not have any detailed information regarding this.

Exam Structure

Yes. You will get a very very good quality of exams and you will actually love the quality they maintain. VTU is very much well known for its quality of exams and DSCE lives upto the expectation. You will have regular internal assessments, assignments etc.

Faculty

4

To be honest you will get a mixed quality of faculties. In short there are some faculties who are very very good in their specialization subjects but a bit loose in other subjects, also there are some who has knowledge but cannot make others understand. S

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chosed artificial intelligence and data science because it has a very good future.the world now is depending on ai so its very useful for me to get a job. My college and the faculties r really preparing us so well for the real world applications. But they can still improve in the teaching methods. The frequency of the exams r really very good and even the time is very efficient, it will be quite difficult but its for improvement of our practical thinking.
