Remarks

Myself being an RBGCian, I would say I quite enjoy being in this college they are definitely friendly in nature, if you do your work on time, no one's gonna have any problem, the registration and admission department is quite slow because of lack of staffs and specialist, lack of online system could be seen here. The faculties are great and helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

I am doing B.FAD(HON) so I just gave my first semester on December 10th, 2019, the exam went all good, and I am happy with the exam structure. We had both theory and practical exams Sepereately and internals came to check us during exams period and viva of 10marks were asked by them.

Placement Experience

2.5

Our college placement is not so good as much I have heard, but they do provide placements and internship for good, as am just a newbie there is not yet any internship.

College Events

1.5

Yeah this is fun, so we had our freshers party which is held by our seniors they are really fun, actually, our college is out of showoffs, its full of coziness and smiling face, then we had cooking competition, well I have to say our college don't engage a lot of events, well the sports day held along with some other competitions like essay, drawing, etc, now a picnic is happening on IBIZA resort on 6th Feb, am super excited for it.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I am studyint B.fad (Honour), it's a 3-year course or 6 semesters. The total fees of this course are 90,000, payment is given at the end of each semester 15,000rs for each semester. Talking about the other expenses, its quite a lot, my travel expenses takes me about 70-80rs/day other than that the regular assignment expenses, raw materials etc cost about 1000-2000rs/month.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I haven't opted for any scholarship or education loan, it's my parents who provided all the money for my study.

Campus Life

1.5

Campus life is quite boring I would say, it's a girl's college, practical labs are small for all the students work together. Sports competition, essay writing, debates, and other competitions are quite engaging in our college, teacher and other faculties actually appreciate talents and constantly hunt for talents from students.

Alumni/Alumna

I got a number of senior students as my friend or sister, they do give us a vitally important topic to study on exams and how to behave with teachers for good.

Admission

So I got to know about this college from google, admission form was put online, I gave all the required information and submitted, once the merit list came on June I was on the first list, they asked to make the payment via online, and asked to come for verifications of documents, there was a long queue and I had some problem with documents so they gave another day for me. That's how I got admitted to RBGC.

Faculty

3.5

We have 8 teachers on B.Fad department, I think the faculty could be more because these 8 teachers are the teachers of all 3-semester students, anyways they all are very supportive and help us to do our task precisely, its been just 6 months with them, I had no major problem with them or with my tasks and assignments.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.
