Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to be a journalist and it was my long-time passion which I incorporated not only through my work but from my studies as well. Back in 2016, there were not enough colleges offering courses in Journalism. I went to the college physically, collected the form, entered all the necessary details, and applied.
Internships Opportunities
Media Giants like The Telegraph and The Indian Express do offer internship opportunities as per the desired skill set that matches the candidate. There are internship opportunities with various production houses and radio stations.
Placement Experience
Placement in Rani Birla Girls' College completely vests on the candidate's performance. In the course of Journalism and Mass Communication, internship opportunities are available before the final year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The B.A. course in Journalism and Mass Communication at Rani Birla Girls' College is a self-financed course, which means, the candidate has to bear the whole amount of the course, and there will be no provision given by the government.
Campus Life
The College campus is cool, there is a cafeteria, a sports complex, and most importantly a huge library. The College is clean and maintains hygiene. It is a Girls' college hence there are sanitary vending machines in every washroom.
