No. I don't think there are any negative remarks apart from sports. The college is also improving sports facility. The other facilities offered by the college is good and as per the standards. The departments are also good.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's a good course. There a 8 semester exams and the course is defined by institute. It is well with the standards of the other prestigious college. There are practical exams too which also carry the marks.
Placement Experience
The placement is a year round process. The companies come from July to the end of even semester. The number of companies keep changing every year. Overall the placement is good. You may refer the official site for the placement related data.
College Events
One of the most celebrated festival of college is it's annual fest aarohan. The fest is a techno management fest and is conducted by the science body of the college. Various technical and fun events are organized in it.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible. The fee structure is decided by the ministry and is same for all other NIT. The weaker section may get further scholarship as per the government norms. So the fee structure is feasible compared to private college.
Fees and Financial Aid
I didn't take any scholarships or loan. However the canara and SBI bank loavayed within the campus provide student loan for the studies. There are lot of students who avail for these loan and can easily pay it later.
Campus Life
Sport facilities are not good as compared to other colleges. The college is trying hard to support students and it participates in various inter nit tournaments from time to time. There are two sport grounds and various clubs you can join.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel infra keeps improving every year. At different years of your college you will get different hostels. The first year hostels are really great. New hostels are being brought up and they will be given in future.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes. Alumni networks are being build and you may reach out to them. They will help you if possible. The seniors are very well approachable and you can ask for help. They will definitely help. The senior are very friendly.
Admission
The admissions happen through JEE Mains exam and after that counselling is done. There are different rounds of counselling. If you get a seat in counselling, you are supposed to report to the counselling center and select the seat.
Faculty
The faculty is well experienced and knowledgeable. For most of the subjects there are different number of faculty. Apart from this you may approach them at the office hours for further clarification.
