No negative remarks are there to add about our college. We students of IIIT RANCHI and our faculty, director sir are giving our best to develop our college and get an extra ordinary output.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum for every IIIT is almost similar and is very good. The exam structure is very good. JEE mains exam is the entrance exam for getting admission in IIT's, NIT's and IIIT's and few other GFTI's.
Placement Experience
Yes, our college provide internships and placements. Our batch is second batch of IIIT RANCHI. I am proud to say that I am a student of IIIT RANCHI because being the first batch our college provide our seniors with good placements within 1 month 60% of students are placed and still placements are going on.
College Events
Being a new college we have different teams in our college but we didn't start fests in our college. But we participate in fests of other prestigious colleges. We have many participations and prizes in cultural and technical fests conducted by NIT JAMSHEDPUR and sports fest conducted by IIIT ALLAHABAD.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is little bit expensive. But compared to the facilities you are provided with fee structure is feasible. Overall per semester for a student fee is about 1lakh (1,10,000) inclusive of mess and hostel fees. Without hostel and mess fee is 63000.
Fees and Financial Aid
Many state scholarships can be availed by the students of IIIT RANCHI. Loan facility is also available by several prestigious banks like State Bank of India, Punjab national bank, Andhra bank and more.
Campus Life
We have an auditorium in our college. We have sport council and cultural council to look after all facilities required to develop and review our extracurricular activities and sports. All interested students are guided by the team members.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I have opted to stay in college provided hostel. Hostel infrastructure is excellent. Hostel fee is 15000 per semester. We are provided with 2 bedroom flats and in each flat is shared by 5 members.
Alumni/Alumna
Our first batch is going to pass out next year that is 2020 so our alumni network is not yet started and our relation with our senior students is very good. They guide us in each activity not only in studies but also in sports and cultural activities.
Admission
Securing a suitable rank required to get admission in any engineering college under JOSSA by writing JEE MAINS. Should prepare a list of colleges work branches in JOSSA website. Suitable choice for your rank will be allocated.
Faculty
Faculty in our college are extra ordinary. They teach the subject very well and communication with students is also good. They are student friendly. They teach in interesting way. They help us in every aspect in which we seek their help.
