I am very happy and proud to complete my undergraduation in this prestigious institute. The very good thing in this college is it is of limited strength and every student is taken care by the staff and they are interactive

Course Curriculum Overview

course cirriculum is good and a newly updated one.Evaluation of a course is for 100 marks and pass mark is 35.Two minor exams will be held for 10 marks each and a mid exam for 30 marks and final exam for 50 marks.A candidate should get 35 out of total 100 given that 15 from final 50 also

Placement Experience

placements are good for the branches like computer sciences, Electronics and electrical and Electronics and communication with an average package of 7lakhs per annum. but for the remaining branches companies are not comming quickly.

petrichor it is named for the freshers party Vulcanzy a techno-cultural fest in march many other events like matrubhasa diwas,and traditional day and institute day farewell parties , various clubs both techincal and cultural

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible. It has a special reembursment option for economically backward candidates and based on reservations also.For a general candidate fees is very high it may be 2lakhs for a academic year.

Fees and Financial Aid

no special scholarships are available separately by the institution but fees reimbursement is provided for economically backward and backward candidates in society but my friend had availed a scholarship worth 2 lakhs from samsung company

Campus Life

They are all provided but not available for many students at a same time. sports competitions are held every year in intra and inter college levels and prizes are awarded labs present in this college are too expensive and hence good

Alumni/Alumna

our institution is a very new and fresh one only few batches of students are passed out and hence alumni network is not so good in our college but they will come for alumni meetings held every year and share their experiences

Admission

Through JEE Mains Exam. I had secured a good rank in that examination.Generally admission process is done online in rounds.It is according to the priority of the branch and rank secured.I got civil engineering in 5th round of counselling.

Faculty are good many of the faculty are experienced and got their post graduation from prestigious institutes like IIT’s and IISC’s some faculty are adhoc they are selected on part time basis on a contract

Review of My college

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. There are a lot of companies that visit my college including Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Quaxy and many more. Number of offers made are above 500. Highest package in 2024 was 40 lpa and average package was 5 lpa. Almost 90 percent of the students were placed. I'll go with placement after my degree.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placements based on thier performance and cgpa or else they must be placed after four semesters in b. Tech. Many companies like Tesla, Amazon, Google, Infosys, Wipro, .. visit the college annually. Average package is of 8lakh per annum and the highest package is 60lpa. 80 percent of the students get placed at the end of the semester. My plans after the degree is to get a good job offering me a minimum 40lpa and after the will establish my own company in the market.

Rather than this college I also applied for other colleges nit's in the counseling I got this college because of my rank.i also choose this college because it has good placement percentage and average package.and one more reason is I am a native of Andhra Pradesh so this college will be some near also and the food will be good. College life at NIT-AP

I liked this college because studying at a national institute is every student's dream. It is not that much easy. Particularly, we can't compare these national institutes with other colleges as they are highly prestigious. The main reason why I have chosen this college, we (Andhra) people have 50% reserved seats in the college. Eligibility is students should have to clear their jee mains exam with the best percentile to secure their dream branch. The cut-off will be changed every year. It is around the 93 percentile to achieve a branch in the college for an Oc student. Overall admission process is very smooth and not that complex....Read More
