Remarks

They should work on the facilities provided to the students. Rather than attendence. And very discrimination is there in college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Quality education is provided. The electrical engineering course is very good. The placement and infrastructure is quite nice not up to that level. The faculty are very poor in electrical engineering department only few teachers are great. The marks in the hands of student is only 70 form 200 and 130 marks are in hand of faculty which is not a fine thing.

Placement Experience

The placements are quite good as it is a well reputed college of Madhya Pradesh. Many companies came and provides a descent placement package. And computer science placemnets are so high. Other branch also have descent packages. And good brands / companies came to our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes, it is expensive college. The fees is quite high as compare to other colleges in Madhya pradesh. But the due to the reputation of the college. Student prefer this college instead of anything. But if your fees is high you must provide facilities up to that level.

Campus Life

So many labs are present in our college. Each branch has seperate lab and condition is fair enough. Some instruments not works in electrical engineering labs. Computer science lab is very good. But rest of the labs are not up to the mark.

Alumni/Alumna

Yer alumni are connected to the students. Every week an alumni came and share his experience how he achieve his position in this competing world. The all are at top positions. And they hepls students to achieve their goals.

Admission

Through JEE Mains. The admission is done on the basis of the ecterance exam jee maine. According to your all india rank the admission to the branch is given to you. Higer your rank leads you to the best branch.

Not a great faculty. They do not provide quality education. The marks in the hands of student is only 70 form 200 and 130 marks are in hand of faculty which is not a fine thing. The focus more on attendence than teaching.

SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

Placement Experience:

At the end of 2nd year, companies like goldman sachs comes to take interns. For placements students become eligible from 6th or 7th semester. In recent years goldman sachs is the biggest recruiter, oracle and Deloitte have also recruited, other firms like tcs and infosys also come. Giants like Amazon and google have stopped visiting since few years. Last year highest package was 72 lpa to an ece student. Average lies around 8 lpa. In tech branch 70-80% students are placed. In lower branches 50-60% students are placed. My plan is also to get placed at a decent package after completion of course.

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

LIFE IN MITS-DU

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

No negetive remarks about our college. Placements and companies visited at Jawaharlal Institute of Technology, [JIT] Khargone. The Institute has a separate cell for training & placement that cares for the industrial exposure & placement of students. They have the intensive classes for communication skills, personality development and group discussion that makes them to lead in the competitive world.

I applied for IET davv but I kept it as second preference in MP dte counselling. Other options available for me were some IIITs and lower branches in NITs but I wanted to go for IT sector. Now reason for me for choosing this college was it was slight better than iet and slight lower than IIITs but fees of IIITs was very high, So I didn't applied for them. When I applied for sgsits suddenly they increased their fees. I had no option left other than iet or taking sgsits, but in between confusions and dilemma I choosen sgsits by suggestions of relatives and other elders. Admission process is done through MP dte counselling, based on jee mains rank. Cutoff of general category for IT branch is about AIR 45,000. The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

I have applied to many nits and I got seat in NIT bhopal in electronics and communication branch. But I chose Sgsits cse over nit bhopal ece because I wanted to pursue my career in cse and I have no interest in ece. The admission process of the college is easy . First filling of application through date and then if we get seat we have to report college for the final admission process which is just of 1-2 hours and after fee submission your admission is confirmed.
