Remarks

College director should actually take an interest in uplifting all those defects that I have mentioned above.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Course is better for an average student. Exams are carried out semwise and if not passed it will be add to your supplementary subjects. There should be minimum internal marks for writing a subject in a sem, otherwise it will be categorized under Fe (failed due to eligibility criteria). Such subjects should be course repeated.

Placement Experience

3.5

College provides placement and job opportunity for all those who doesn't have even one supplementary paper upto s6 and s7 semester. College doesn't provides any internship but subject related small courses are conducted by them.

College Events

2

Illuminati -a cultural event which was actually an intercollege fest but the irony is that even mohandas students don't attend it. The main reason is the director itself. She doesn't even provides freedom for the students to decorate and coordinate the program on their own way. Colloquium -another intercollege fest but is an utter failure.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For merit students it's feasible. Management and NRI seats are much expensive. Bus fees are common and its expensive. Management seats yearly fee starts from 1 lakh and for NRI 1.5 lakh yearly. Donation fee for management is 1 lakh and for NRI is 5 lakh.

Fees and Financial Aid

Those who have acquired good rank in keam and got into the college merit list gets yearly reward as cash by the management. Those who acquire good marks in all internals are also rewarded. Rather college don't provide any loan facilities.

Campus Life

3

Extracurricular activities like sports etc are carried out regularly and prices and rewards are given. Last college mechanical batch do have a dance group named salsa. They bagged so many prices for the college in other intercollege fests.

Hostel Facilities

3

Not opted for hostel but from their reviews hostel facilities are much better food and accommodation fees are normal and they do have so many restrictions regarding usage of phone etc. They don't have any other problems till now.

Alumni/Alumna

I don't know about it actually. I don't think seniors will come back to those alumni meets even if it is held, because college doesn't have that type of relationship with students. They only want regular fee and their name as fame.

Admission

I have written the keam exam but the rank was too low so I just got into the management seat. 50% of seats are for merit students. Admission process is actually same for all. Just the fees are different for both management and merit students.

Faculty

2.5

Good faculties are there. But a majority of them are useless. They do have subject knowledge but they aren't capable of expressing it. Their personal problems can reflect on to students marks. Director Ashalatha thampuran is the best faculty appointed by mohandas but she is not aware about these teachers teaching and behavior.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

Currently placements are bit low, due to inflation, but compared to other colleges like KMEA, etc we have better placements similar to Muthoot and all. We have placement training, and other supports which can help us crack aptitude exams and prepare for placements Almost 70-80% students are placed every year, with an avg package of 4LPA

Placement Experience:

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
