It's an awesome college

it is a very good college. located in the hilltop of kandoli and bidholi area of dehradun, it has a very serene environment with a lush green atmosphere which really helps in concentration on our studies.

the curticulum is very detailed and enlightening with respect to the course. it is a comprehensive overview of all the knowledge needed to succeed in this field. the exam structure is set in such a way that the students feel confident enough about their results

UPES has a history of having 100 percent placement record for the last 8 years. all students get placements in top organizations in their respective fields. all company executives make sure to utilize their resources to select the best candidate

it is a bit expensive. it takes one lakh and twenty four thousand for one semester of 6 months while charging one lakh and fifty two thousand for the hostel and mess fees of one year. it also has extra charges rounding upto Rs25000

there is a good scholarship of 50 percent discount on tuition fees for those students who have excelled in the GDPI. i have myself availed this scholarship. they also have the option of discounts for different quotas

we have a gym, an activity center having billiards, table tennis and air hockey, two football grounds, one basketball court, one volleyball court, two badminton courts, two seminar halls as well as one outdoor amphitheatre

the alumni network and senior students are very helpful. they are very easy to reach out to. they help out a lot regarding academic as well as personal issues. they also contribute in knowing our campus as well as our faculty well

I gave the group discussion and interview for gaining admission. The personal interview was via skype while there were 10 students for group discussion which was held by a very distinguished moderator

the faculty is very good as they are all PhD's with at least 10 years of academic and industrial experience. they make sure the students understand the respective subjects thoroughly. they understand that each student is different and thus approaches each student in a different way.
