JEC Review

Nobody hates their college. I love my college. The positive thing about our college is that there are lots of free time to do extra work on your study asked by faculty. many students are preparing for the gate exams by asking to faculty.

The syllabus of Jabalpur Engineering College is the same as RGPV Bhopal syllabus.this college takes exams on a semester basis. odd sem exam to be held in month of November and even sem exam to held in the month of April.The exam is taken by College itself. We do not have to wait for RGPV timetable.so that our exam conducted on time and result declared faster.

Placement are here only for computer sciences and engineering and Information Technology student.only mass recruiter companies came here for placement. TCS,Infosys,IBM and Wipro are the only lifeline for jec placement.For other branches there are only RIL and L&T came.for which there are very competition. No there are no internship provided by jec.

Events are not conducted every year in this college. Some events which are conducted by students of Jec are listed below 1.Aurole--this event was held in the year of 2013. 2.Milan---Thia was held on the year 2016 it was the greatest event i saw on this campus our old alumni came in this event from different cities of India and some are from out of the country. 3.prapanch 4.awahan

Jabalpur Engineering College fees is very less in comparison of another engineering college in this state. The annual fee of this college is 22000 per year which is very feasible for every student. The fee is divided into two installments.One installment in starting of the odd semester and the second installment is in starting of even semester

Post matric scholarship are available for SC/ST/and OBC students as per their family income. There are scholarships available for general category students which family income is less than 42000. About loan, any bank will provide you laon. the college will provide a fee structure after an application written by you is signed by the registrar of the college.

Every year a sports competition is organized by College which is on the branch level. Labs are occupied with instruments. The mechanical lab and their workshop have sufficient instruments. Electrical labs and electronic labs have lakhs of practical instruments.IT and CSE departments have more than enough computers. Every student can get one system for practical in IT lab.

Seniors are very helpful here. You have to do an interact with seniors before asking any help from them. After all they are very helpful.The Alumni network is not so strong and not so weak here. Our auditorium named 'jashan' was made by an alumni's fund.

I gave an entrance examination called the Joint entrance exam in the year 2016.I secured an average rank in this exam that's why I am not able to get any NITs or IIITs.i applied for MP engineering counseling as my home state is MP in the first round of allotment I got this college and i took admission.

There are very talented and genius faculty we have. But sometimes it is becomes useless because classes are taken by guest faculty who are current M.tech students of the college, Some faculty are awesome in the Electrical and mechanical engineering department.
