Fantastic Journey

The course structure is very dynamic since it is prescribed by the University of Burdwan. Along with the core subjects, students have to choose from the elective subjects, which serves as a bonus for those who are literally there to learn and grow.

Extracurricular activities like sports day celebration and festival celebration were highly promoted in our college. Team of our college participated in many state level sports competitions, winning many accolades. I participated in rangoli competition on the festival of Durga puja.

I paid a mere amount of 1k Rs. as my first year fee. This fee includes tuition fee and registration fee. Other additional charges are equally cheap.

The college offers monetary benefits to the students under the Post Matric Talent Support Scheme. There are other scholarship options for meritorious students.

The campus life is pretty decent. The student union elections are the heart of the happening and lively environment of the college. The college conducts the election in a peaceful manner, but it is the period of the session when everyone is super active and different activities and campaignings take over the campus at every corner.

The admission process is pretty straightforward. Only class 12 marks are accounted for while preparing the merit list.

The faculty was good and have a fair share of knowledge not only of their subject matter but other universal stuff as well. Though I had issues with some of the faculty members, the overall standard of teaching was pretty good.
