Review of medical college

Postive remarks - Teachers are good Other staff and seniors are supporting Education is of quality Negative remarks- Infrastructure of hostel and college is very poor Too much cost of college and hostel Poor sanitation and environmental cleanliness

Course is mbbs that is bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery it is a 5 year course and total of 19 subjects distributed amng 4.5 years and 1 year of internship duty exam is conducted by bfuhs university annually

Placement and jobs again depend on entrance test not on college which you have studied and also depend on how much good you study. Yes college provide internship of 1year i have not yet attended that so i have no experience of that

Various events are conducted time to time in our college like annually freshers party is conducted where the first year students are given party by their immediate seniors and other functions like aura etc

No fees structure is not feasible. it is charging too much for nothing. Earlier the fees was ok that is 25k per year. But in one year that is in 2016 they have increased it to 80k so much increment so very expensive college to afford by middle class students

Till i have no knowledge about that and our college do not provide such scholarship or loan facilities nothing to be availed but yes the topper of the batch get some money as scholarship which is given as per their status

Too much extracurricular activities are present in the college like cricket, football, table tennis, badminton, basketball and all laboratory work is available in the college and they teach lab work nicely

Yes i have opted for hostel. Infrastructure and facilities are good but too costly to be called government. Private hostel charge amount is taken. Hostel facilities like bed, coolar ac nothing provided have to taken from outside

Yes senior students here are too much helpful in studying and other activities. They guide us very well about what to study and all the career options furthur on in the life they tell us about which books should be followed etc

By entrance examination that is state level entrance examination punjab pre medical test i got 67 rank all over punjab and got the college in first counselling of pmt i got around 684 marks out of 760

Some subjects faculty is amazing but mostly most of the faculty do not teach well but other resources are completely available like specimens, lab equipmemts, machines, practical work is good and all the resources are available
