Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum, as said by the university developed strictly in accordance with the industry trends and standards. Many industries served professionals and scholars are in the body that forms the curriculum. Exams are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placements in college aren't that great. Not worse either. Placements for Computer science graduates are good but are pathetic for Mechanical Engineering students. Internships have to avail of external help and contacts.

College Events

There are no big fests, or rather I'd say there are no cultural events on the campus. There are technical events and workshops happening often. Big personalities and scientists have their talks in college often. Students participate actively and enthusiastically.

Fees and Financial Aid

I haven't availed any scholarships but the Government of Karnataka provides an amount of 20000 for the backward classes students and 50000 for SC-ST students.

Campus Life

Campus life is mediocre as there are not many amenities. We have a mediocre canteen, no ground. Only two buildings with centralized AC. The gender ratio is normal. Labs are top-notch and well maintained. No encouragement for sports will be given. Student clubs often organize good competitions.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni and senior students were and are really helpful. No ragging takes place and the seniors are super friendly.

Admission

I got admission to the college through CET which is a common test for people residing in Karnataka. Alternatively, students can also gain admission through DSAT or COMED-K. DSAT usually takes place during June-July.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty members are well qualified and experienced. Most of them are Ph.D. holders and have graduated from premier institutes of the country like IISc, IIT, and NITs. They are constantly supportive of the research mindset and are always ready to help with the doubts. HODs are experienced, Industry veterans.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate 3/5 because we want more systems to do our work as well as labs too,the main thing is we dont have that faculty compare to other department their are only 4 faculty,so they can't even able to take extra class for us ,so this is the main problem in our deparment

Good for you if you want a degree and want self learn

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are no such specific of the curriculum that influenceed me to take these course instead i was interested or kneen to this course., since my childhood I wanted do this course. It's good in terms of virtual world but not for real world. Everywhere there's a need of improvement no practical knowledge is present here no one talks about new ideas not even they think about even some of them came because it costed them low. No such specific difficulty.

The campus placements are pretty well and this year they are even more better .from 6 th semester onwards students become eligible for the placement and I have also planned to cover multiple cources provided by the college and some outside material also to get the market exposure and make my resume more stronger.The highest package offered by the companies is 48 lpa.The placement percentage ranges from 75 to 85 percent

Placement Experience:

The students from the last year that is seventh semester are allowed to attend the placement given on campus. There are not so many campus placement available. Many companies such as tcs, wipro and other companies basically giving less salary compared to other colleges. There are many few students who got placed in the companies through campus placement hence it cannot be trusted completely. My plans after getting a degree is to get a job or even higher studies of possible. The average students getting placed are very low.

I applied for Christ university for pcm course but the reason i didnt go with that is , i was waiting for results from nta neet and kea cet exams . the results came with extreme delay due to covid , but the admission process at Christ university was closed by the time of results and in the kea councelling i got dayananda Sagar university in 2nd round with less fee structure for cse compared to other management quota seat . i got government quota seat due to which i joined this college .
