Infrastructure- CET has a better infrastructure.

Placements- VSSUT has an upper hand in terms of placements.

Internet facilities- At CET, you can use the college internet on one device at a time. Additionally, some websites are blocked. VSSUT offers good LAN facilities with no restrictions/limitations on usage.

Hostel Life- VSSUT offers a great hostel life. Several eateries are available near the hostels. These offer good food at affordable prices. Hirakud Dam is located nearby, and has a beautiful view.

These are just a few parameters for comparing the two. Both VSSUT and CET (OUTR) are renowned institutions. You must choose between the two based on your personal preferences.
