New Delhi: Kautilya Consulting Club of XLRI Jamshedpur has successfully organized its Consulting Conclave titled “FULCRUM” on the theme of “Unlocking value in a resource-constrained world” on October 07, 2023.
The conclave was attended by senior executives from renowned consulting firms including Mr Nitin Sethi, CEO of India & South Asia, AON Consulting, Mr Kiran Pudi, Managing Partner of Simon-Kucher, Mr Nikhil Kulkarni, Partner at Zinnov, Ms Preeti Khattri, Managing Director, Accenture Strategy & Consulting as well as faculty members of XLRI Jamshedpur.
Fr. Donald D' Silva, Prof. Sanjay Patro, and other distinguished speakers gave the inaugural address and thanked the speakers for attending the event. The speakers inaugurated the conclave with the talks on the need for effective resource management and data-driven decision-making.
After this, the first keynote at XLRI Jamshedpur Consulting Conclave 2023 was addressed by Navnit Singh, Chairman and Regional Managing Director of Korn Ferry (India). He emphasized the importance of innovation, collaboration, and the development of foundational skills.
Aditya Shangloo, Partner, EY Parthenon on “India @100” highlighted the importance of the startup ecosystem in India’s progress such as Initiatives like “Make in India”. He shared that consulting can help in policy formation, roadmaps, talent development, and technology adoption.

The key highlights of XLRI Jamshedpur FULCRUM 2023 include a panel discussion on the key topic of ‘Industry 5.0: Transforming for Sustainable Growth and Change in Business Strategy which covered the impact of the pharmaceutical sector on Industry 5.0 among others.

XLRI Jamshedpur FULCRUM 2023 came to an end with the announcement of the FULCRUM 2023 Case Competition winning team, which included members of the XLRI Jamshedpur PGDM (GM) batch who gave a compelling presentation on the case.
