VITEEE 2026 Slot Booking to Begin From April 17; Book Slots via OTBS

Vellore Institute of Technology has announced the VITEEE 2026 slot booking dates. The Online Test Booking System (OTBS) portal will open on April 17, 2026, and remain active until April 19, 2026.

Registered candidates who have completed their application forms must access the portal at viteee.vit.ac.in to book their preferred exam date, time, and shift. The slot booking process operates on a first-come-first-serve basis, making early registration crucial for securing desired slots.

VIT Vellore is conducting VITEEE 2026 to select engineering aspirants for admission to its B.Tech programs across multiple campuses. The exam will be held from April 28 to May 3, 2026, in multiple shifts across various test centers.

• Candidates must visit the official VITEEE website at viteee.vit.ac.in and click on the OTBS portal link.
• They will need to log in using their application number (received during registration) and password (sent via email after registration).
• Once logged in, candidates should select their preferred exam date, time, and shift carefully, as the slot cannot be changed after confirmation.

Essential Documents and Credentials Required For VITEEE 2026

Before accessing the OTBS portal, candidates must keep their application number and password ready. These credentials were provided during the VITEEE 2026 registration process.

Candidates should also have their preferred exam date and time in mind to complete the booking process quickly, as slots are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Important Instructions for VITEEE 2026 Slot Booking

Once candidates book their slot, a confirmation message will be generated and sent to their registered email ID. Candidates must save this confirmation as it contains their exam details.

The admit card will be available for download 48 hours before the allotted exam date through the OTBS portal. Candidates should verify all details on their admit card, including their name, application number, exam date, time, and test center location.

After completing slot booking, candidates will receive a confirmation email with their exam details. They can download their admit card 48 hours before their scheduled exam date. On exam day, candidates must report to their assigned test center at least 30 minutes before the exam start time with their admit card and valid ID proof.

After the exam, VIT will release answer keys and results on the official website, followed by the counselling process for admission.
