The institute will hold an entrance examination, which will determine the ultimate admittance. NIMHANS Entrance Exam Documents Required
The following paperwork must be submitted by candidates when they register for the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences Entrance Examination:
- 10th and 12th mark sheets (uploaded as PDF)
- Degree/Diploma certificates and mark sheets (as applicable to the program)
- Birth certificate (10th mark sheet can also serve as proof)
- SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS certificates (if applicable)
- Karnataka domicile certificate (if applicable)
- NOC/Sponsorship Certificate (if applying under Sponsored/Deputed category)
- External Fellowship/NIMHANS Project related documents (if applicable)
- candidate's image and signature (in JPG or JPEG format).
Candidates may not be permitted to attend the entrance exam if they do not bring the documents they submitted, which may be necessary for verification of the information.
