NEET PG 2026 Registration Expected to Begin Last Week of April; Exam Confirmed for August 30

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences has announced that the NEET PG 2026 examination is tentatively scheduled for August 30, 2026, and registration for the country’s most important postgraduate medical entrance test is expected to begin in the last week of April 2026 at the official portal nbe.edu.in.

Lakhs of MBBS graduates planning to pursue MD, MS, or Diploma programmes at government and private medical colleges across India must closely monitor the official portal and register as soon as the application window opens. Missing the NEET PG 2026 registration window means waiting an entire year for the next opportunity.

NEET PG is the single gateway for admissions to over 50,000 postgraduate medical seats across India, including highly competitive MD and MS seats at government and private medical colleges. For MBBS graduates who have spent years preparing for a specialisation, NEET PG 2026 is not just an exam- it is a defining moment in their medical career.

• Visit nbe.edu.in and click on NEET PG 2026 Registration
• Create a new account using your email ID and mobile number
• Fill in personal, academic, and internship details
• Upload MBBS certificate, internship certificate, NMC registration, and photograph
• Pay the registration fee via net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI
• Submit and download the confirmation receipt
