NDIM Placement 2025-26 has recorded 121 students placed so far, with the highest package reaching ₹12.6 LPA. The placement drive is still ongoing with more recruiters expected.

The New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) has announced its placement results for the 2025–26 academic session, with over 121 students securing job offers so far. The placement drive is still ongoing, with more companies expected to participate in the coming months.

According to the official data, the highest salary package offered this season stands at ₹12.6 lakh per annum, secured by a student placed at Lotus Interworks. The average package has been recorded at ₹4.6 LPA, while the median salary stands at ₹4.8 LPA.

The placement drive witnessed participation from more than 70 companies across diverse sectors such as IT, e-commerce, finance, consulting, media, and manufacturing.

NDIM attributed the outcomes to structured training initiatives, including aptitude sessions, resume-building workshops, and mock interviews aimed at improving employability.

Commenting on the trend, Managing Director Ayush Kumar said, “This placement season reflects a deeper shift in what industry values today,” adding that employers are prioritising “practical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt.”

The institute further stated that the placement process is ongoing, with more recruiters expected to participate.
