JK Business School has announced the PGDM 2026–28 and BBA 2026–29 fee structure for the upcoming academic sessions.

JK Business School, Gurgaon has issued the official fee structure for its PGDM 2026–28 and BBA 2026–29 programs. The institute has detailed the installment-wise academic charges, optional hostel fees, mandatory additional expenses, and refund rules governed by AICTE guidelines.
Students can review the complete breakup before confirming their admission and paying the initial registration amount. The institute has also shared separate structures for PGDM with and without certification.
What is the PGDM 2026–28 Fee Structure?
JK Business School has released the complete academic fee details for the PGDM 2026–28 program. The total academic fee is ₹8.95 Lakhs, which includes tuition charges, IT facilities, examinations, student engagement activities, and more. Students must pay the registration amount of ₹90,000 while accepting the offer letter.

What is the Fee for PGDM (2026–28) with Certification?
The institute has also released the fee for the PGDM program with ISDC U.K Certification, which carries a total fee of ₹9.95 Lakhs. This includes an additional certification charge of ₹1,00,000.

BBA 2026–29 Fee Structure Announced
JK Business School has also declared the BBA fee structure for the 2026–29 batch. The total fee is ₹5.95 Lakhs for the complete program. The breakup includes tuition fees, academic facilities, and other essential services provided during the three-year course.
Students are required to pay a few mandatory charges during the first year, which include ₹7,000 for the uniform set consisting of shirts, trousers, blazer, pullover, T-shirts and a tie, along with ₹1,500 for medical insurance.
For programs that follow a credit-based structure, the institute charges ₹4,000 for every additional credit taken by the student. The Alumni Fee of ₹5,000 is collected at the time of convocation.
JK Business School provides hostel accommodation on a twin-sharing basis with AC rooms, offering essential facilities such as a bed, cupboard, writing desk, chair and water heaters. For the 2025–26 academic year, the hostel fee is ₹60,000, while mess charges are ₹60,000, both payable in advance.
A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is also required, and electricity charges are applied based on individual usage. Students must vacate the hostel by May 6 or within seven days of their last examination, and those seeking an extended stay can continue for two additional months by paying ₹16,000 before April 30.
The institute will process fee refunds as per the AICTE guidelines. If a student withdraws before the academic session begins and the seat is filled, the entire fee is refunded after deducting ₹1,000. For withdrawals made after the session has started, the refund is issued after applying pro-rata deductions, provided the seat is filled.
In cases where the seat cannot be filled, no refund is granted except the security deposit. Refund cheques are released according to the institute’s fixed schedule, with applications submitted between January 1 and March 31 processed in the first week of April, while the next refund cycle will start from July 1, 2025.
