AEEE 2026 CSAP Counselling Registration Begins May 14

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has opened registration for AEEE 2026 CSAP (Centralised Seat Allotment Process) counselling. Candidates who appeared for AEEE 2026 or have JEE Mains 2026 scores can now register for seat allotment. The registration window is open from May 14 to May 25, 2026. This is your chance to secure admission to B.Tech programmes across Amrita's 8 engineering campuses.

The entire CSAP process is completely online- no need to visit campuses physically. Registration, seat allotment, and fee payment all happen through the portal at aeee.amrita.edu.

How to Register?

Visit aeee.amrita.edu and log in with your registered email ID or mobile number. You'll receive an OTP for verification. Enter your HSC marks and upload the mark statement. If applying through JEE Mains, enter your highest percentile and upload the score card. Select your academic preferences (campus and branch combinations). Indicate the maximum fee slab you're willing to pay. Upload SC/ST certificate if applicable. Pay the INR 5,000 registration fee. Download and save your preferences PDF.

What You Need?

Before registering, gather: HSC mark statement, JEE Mains score card (if applicable), SC/ST certificate (if applicable), and your registered email ID and mobile number. Make sure your HSC marks are available digitally. CBSE students should retrieve marks through DigiLocker.

Campuses & Programmes

Amrita offers B.Tech programmes across 8 campuses: Amaravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Chennai, Faridabad, Haridwar, and Nagercoil. Over 30 programmes are available including Computer Science & Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Civil Engineering, and specialized branches with minors in Cyber Security, Quantum Computing, and Robotics.

Fee Structure

Registration fee is INR 5,000 (non-refundable if you get admitted). Fee slabs range from Slab 1 to Slab 5 based on your AEEE rank or JEE Mains percentile. Scholarship benefits are available for top performers. Initial partial tuition fee of INR 1 lakh is required after first allotment. Full fees must be paid after final allotment.

Allotment Process

The CSAP has three main rounds: Trial Allotment (to check possibilities), First Allotment (June 1), Second Allotment (June 12), and Mop Up Round (June 24). You can change your academic preferences after trial allotment but before first allotment. After each round, you can accept the allotment or wait for upgrades in subsequent rounds.

Candidates must be born on or after July 1, 2005. You need a pass in 10+2 with minimum 60% aggregate in Math, Physics, and Chemistry with at least 50% in each subject individually. You must have AEEE 2026 rank or JEE Mains 2026 percentile.
