Original DGHS/MCC Allotment Letter and NEET Admit Card.
NEET Rank Letter/Result.
Original Class 10 Mark Sheets and Pass Certificates
Class 12 MBBS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate original mark sheets and pass certificates.
All-year MBBS mark sheet.
Certificate of Internship Completion MCI/State Medical Council-issued permanent/provisional registration certificate.
The original copy of the College Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate is present.
Original Conduct/Character Certificate.
Original Migration Certificate.
Caste certificate (if applicable) attesting to the candidate's SC, ST, and OBC Aadhaar card.
The candidate's PAN card.
Ten colored photographs.
Two sets of photocopies of every document mentioned above.

The candidate may forfeit their chance to be admitted if they do not present the original copies of any of the aforementioned documents. All admission information will be sent to the registered mobile number of the chosen candidates.
