IIM Nagpur and Shiv Khera Collaborates for Leadership & Public Speaking Programs; Check Details Here

New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur has collaborated with famous author and motivational speaker Mr. Shiv Khera to conduct two motivating sessions. The collaborative "Hi-Impact Leadership" program was conducted from August 3 to August 6, 2023.

The collaboration between Mr. Shiv Khera and IIM Nagpur show a commitment to encouraging participants' professional and personal development. He is a well-known author of books like "You Can Win," which has the potential to change people's lives, as well as a sought-after speaker who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his programs.

Participants who joined Mr. Khera's two programs, "Public Speaking and Presentation Skills" and "Hi-Impact Leadership," profited from his wisdom and proficiency in leadership, communication, and personal development.

The program goal was to develop the leadership skills necessary to promote an environment of trust and responsibility. Participants gained knowledge on how to create effective and motivated teams, motivate people and get outcomes, recover from failures, and communicate with confidence and clarity. 

Participants left the program with a 41-day action plan for managing professionally, communicating effectively, and leading successfully. During the three-day "Public Speaking and Presentation Skills" program, which finished on August 10, candidates had a rare opportunity to master the podium by developing their speaking abilities. 

In addition to this, they gained the confidence to speak in front of any audience, conquered stage fear, and created their own speaking style while learning the techniques of the world's most effective speakers. The program gives the learners the confidence and skills necessary to talk persuasively and make an impression.

Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Shiv Khera said, “The act of leading sessions is enjoyable. I play the role of a catalyst, sparking the proper principles to start a journey that will change your life.
