IIM Lucknow Re Appoints Professor Archana Shukla as Director In Charge

New Delhi: Professor Archana Shukla has been appointed as the Director-in-charge at IIM Lucknow. Archana Shukla is a senior faculty at IIM Lucknow with over 28 years of teaching experience. She also held this position previously and will now continue to serve as the new Director In Charge.

N. Chandrasekaran, the Chairperson of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow Board of Governors, made the appointment according to Clause (9) of IIM Act 2017, which is effective from April 4, 2024, until a full-time Director takes the position.

Prof. Archana Shukla Appointed as Director-in-Charge at IIM Lucknow

Prof. Shukla assumes her role as the senior professor at IIM Lucknow. She has written a book and published numerous papers and case studies on knowledge management, organisational adaptation, and structure.

In addition to this, Professor Archana Shukla has over 28 years of experience teaching and conducting research in human resource management and invaluable expertise in this position.

An alumnus of IIT Kanpur with a Ph.D. in Psychology, Prof. Shukla worked as the inaugural chairperson of the Dr. Ishwar Dayal Chair for Futuristic Issues in the Behavioral Sciences from 2015 to 2017.
