The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad) has successfully concluded the summer placement process for the Post Graduate Programme in Food & Agribusiness Management (PGP-FABM) for the Class of 2027.

Held in a hybrid format and completed on November 3, 2025, the process saw all 46 students receiving internship offers. The institute highlighted the strong performance of the cohort and the continued confidence shown by recruiters across food, agribusiness and allied sectors.

IIM Ahmedabad PGP-FABM Summer Placements 2025–26 Highlights

IIM Ahmedabad successfully completed the summer placement drive for the 2025–27 batch of its PGP-FABM programme, with 100% placements achieved across all participating students. The placement process concluded on November 3, 2025, and was conducted entirely in a hybrid format, providing flexibility for both students and recruiters.

The institute stated that the results reflect the quality of the cohort, the strength of the programme, and the efficiency of the placement process, ensuring a strong match between recruiters’ needs and students’ career interests.

Recruiter Participation

Over 35 companies participated in the summer placement process, representing a diverse mix of sectors across food, agriculture and allied industries. The institute saw strong participation from its regular recruiters, including Accenture, Ernst & Young (EY), Godrej Agrovet, Bayer, Nestle, United Breweries, DeHaat, PI Industries, AgVaya, Varaha, Amul and Everest Instruments, reaffirming their continued confidence in the PGP-FABM cohort.

This year’s process also attracted a notable set of new recruiters, such as Umami Bioworks, Marico, PepsiCo, ITC, UPL, FIL Industries, Verdesian Life Sciences, Bonn Groups, Drum Foods, Sundrop Brands and DCM Shriram.

The presence of multiple first-time participants highlights the growing industry interest in IIM Ahmedabad’s specialised agribusiness management programme and its talent pool.
