YCMOU will now conduct the admission session for MBA twice in a year, from January to February and from July to August. The registration process for the entrance exam will soon commence from 15 November 2025, and the last date for completing the registration will be 13 January 2026 (Tentative).

YCMOU MBA CET: The university will conduct the entrance exam for MBA admission between 20 December 2025 to 14 January 2026. It is an online exam mandatory for admission. The duration for the entrance exam will be 60 minutes, and there will be a total of 60 questions, out of which applicants need to attempt 50 questions.

YCMOU Online MBA Fees
The fee structure of the Online MBA at YCMOU is different for the 1st and 2nd year, which includes the registration fees, examination fees. Entrance Exam fees will be taken separately during the registration process. Here is the fee structure of YCMOU MBA Program:
- 1st Year Fees: Candidates need to pay INR 17,928 in the 1st year of Online MBA at YCMOU.
- 2nd Year Fees: The fees of the 2nd year at YCMOU are a little bit higher as compared to the first year, i.e., INR 21,208, including the project fees of INR 1,500.
- Examination Fees: The examination fees for the 1st year are INR 2,200, and for the 2nd year, it is INR 2,530.
- Registration Fees: The registration fees, which have to be paid at the time of admission, are INR 200.
- Entrance Exam Fees: Candidates have to pay INR 600 as the entrance exam fees (Re-examination fee of Rs. 600/- to adults who pass the entrance test).
Eligibility Criteria For YCMOU MBA Admission 2026
Applicants who satisfy the following conditions of the YCMOU are only allowed to take admission for the Online MBA Program:-
- Enrolling candidates must hold an Undergraduate degree in any stream from a well-approved and recognised University or its equivalent.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 50% of marks in their qualifying degree and also, and candidates from the reserved category (SC, ST) need to have 45% of marks.
- Aspirants are also required to qualify the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by YCMOU.
