Periyar University follows the semester system for all its courses viz. Odd and Even semester. End semester examinations are generally conducted in December/January for the odd semester and in the month of May/June for even semesters.

In addition to regular courses, the university also provides education through distance learning mode via Periyar Institute of Distance Education (PRIDE). Candidates can apply for admission to the Ph.D. and Part-time programs online through the official website. The selection of various programs will be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

How to Check Periyar University Result 2024?

The university follows the semester system for all its courses viz. Odd and Even semester. End semester examinations are generally conducted in December/January for odd semester and in the month of May/June for even semesters. Results for the same are usually published by Controller of Examination, Periyar University, on the official university website within a month from the examinations.

The university has declared the results for the undergraduate and postgraduate examinations held in November 2020 on February 5, 2021. Students can check their results by following the below-listed steps:

1. Students should visit the official website of the university.
2. Click on- “Results of 2024-25 UG/PG Examinations” under the News tab.
3. Enter the credentials- Registration Number along with the Date of Birth (DOB).
4. Click on ‘Show Results’
5. Download the pdf.

After the result declaration, students can request for exam revaluation, re-checking on the PU website for at least 10 days.

Periyar Institute of Distance Education (PRIDE) Revaluation of Result 2024

PRIDE offers the facility of the grievance redressal system for students who are not satisfied with their marks. For Revaluation, Re-totaling, Transparency of marks or any other corrections, such students can apply through the official university website by following the given steps:

2. Now, the student should click on the ‘revaluation redressal’ link.
3. Next, the candidate should download & fill the application form with the required details.

PRIDE invites online applications for its Common Entrance Test for a full-time/part-time Ph.D. (December Session) program. Follow the given steps to fill the application form:

5. Fill in the application form.
