MHT CET 2023 May 18 Shift 1 exam was moderate in difficulty level. Physics was easy to moderate but the Biology section contained moderate to difficult questions. Most of the questions in the Physics section were formula-based. In Biology, calculation-based questions were asked on Biomolecules and Respiration. The section also included detailed conceptual questions with diagrams and functions. The questions in the Chemistry part were direct.
MHT CET 2023 May 18 Shift 2 paper was overall moderate. The Chemistry part included questions on thermosetting polymers, Ziegler-Natta catalyst, and acidic strength. In Biology, questions from the topics ovulatory phase, Haldane effect, Bohr effect, Mendelian disorders, hormones of hypothalamus, and auxin were asked. Both the Chemistry and Biology sections were moderate. The Physics section was easy to moderate.
