New Delhi: Jharkhand Central University Placement 2023: The recruitment procedure for MBA students was successfully completed by the Department of Business Administration at Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ) (2021-23 batch). 14 students have accepted employment offers from prominent firms throughout the placement process.
The job offers show that employers are still interested in hiring CUJ students despite the negative effects of the COVID pandemic. Major corporations took part in the process, including Bandhan Bank Limited, Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail, HDFC Life, and Triveni Almirah Private Limited.
According to a university announcement, the highest CTC provided to 14 MBA students was INR 6.86 lakh per year (LPA), and the lowest was INR 4.50 lakh per year. Axis Bank, Bharti Airtel, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Planet Spark, and other well-known corporations will also take part in a campus recruitment event at CUJ for MBA students in the near future (2021-23 batch).
Utkarsh Raj, Amisha Kumari Srivastava, Megha, Saifullah Aman Yadav, Bikash Mahanta, Priya Kumari, Kusum Thakur, Shubham Kumar Patel, Shilpa Nag, Ayush Kumar, Udesh Kumar Kashyap, and Shubham Kumar are among the students who have been placed.
Five students have also successfully completed the PSU exams in addition to campus placement. Rahul Kumar Choudhary and Kumar Saurav, both MBA (2016–21) graduates, have been chosen for the role of Management Trainee (Personnel & HR) at Coal India Limited.
Abhishek of MBA (2016-21) and Madan Mohan Sharan of MBA (2016-21) have both been chosen for the position of HR/Personnel Officer (Scale-I) at Central Bank of India (through IBPS), and Kundan Kumar of MBA (2016-21) has been chosen for the position of Executive Trainee - Human Resources at NTPC Limited (through IBPS).
