Dr. Sakshi Pathak has been working as the HOD PG Dept. of Law at Chota Nagpur Law College, Ranchi. She has an LLB and LLM, In addition to her degrees, she holds a Ph.D. in law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University. She has over 13 years of teaching experience at UG and PG levels. She also has 20 research papers published in journals of international and national repute.
Being a HOD of the Department, what are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?
As the Head of the Law Department at Chota Nagpur Law College in Ranchi, my primary roles and responsibilities towards the students include overseeing the academic curriculum to ensure its relevance and quality, coordinating faculty activities, monitoring student progress, and providing guidance on academic and career matters.
I am also responsible for creating a conducive learning environment, promoting student engagement, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Additionally, I strive to foster a culture of excellence, ethics, and professionalism among our students, preparing them for successful careers in the legal field and society at large.
