Dr. Dilip Yadav presently serves as the Chancellor of FS University, the institution he founded and oversees in Shikohabad. With over three decades of experience in the education sector, he established FS Group Institutions in Firozabad in 2004, transforming it into a prominent educational player in UP East and Agra. Dr. Yadav holds a PhD from DBRA University, Agra, and earned his bachelor's and master’s degrees from the University of Agra. He also has experience as an ex-MLA in the UP government.

What keeps you engaged in the education sector?

The education sector is like an expansive universe to me, full of endless possibilities and opportunities. What truly excites me is witnessing those moments when a student experiences a breakthrough—a sudden realisation that propels their learning journey forward. Being part of that growth and discovery is incredibly fulfilling and hard to put into words. Furthermore, the ever-evolving nature of education captivates me. Exploring innovative teaching methods, integrating technology, and finding creative ways to inspire learning keeps me intellectually stimulated. What’s your take on leadership? 

Leadership, in my view, is all about empowerment, empathy, and vision. It goes beyond giving orders; it's about empowering others to reach their full potential. A great leader creates an environment where everyone feels valued, motivated, and capable of giving their best. Having a clear vision and the ability to inspire others to rally behind it is crucial for effective leadership. Sharing a compelling vision provides direction and purpose, motivating the team to work towards common goals.
