Dr. Raj Kumar Meena is an experienced professional in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from Pt. DUNIPPD (formerly IPH), University of Delhi, from 1992 to 1996. He further pursued his Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AIIPMR), University of Mumbai, from 1996 to 1998. He is Ph.D. scholar from Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences & Technology, Jaipur, in the year 2020-21.

Dr. Raj Kumar Meena has a total academic experience of more than 24.5 years. He has worked in various institutes and is currently serving as the principal and professor at the I.T.S. College of Health and Wellness Sciences in Greater Noida. The college is affiliated with ABVMU Lucknow, and he has been in this position since October 2022.

Dr. Raj Kumar Meena has also published 16 research papers in various journals, highlighting his commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Additionally, he has served as a member of the Committee of Courses and Studies of BPT and BOT at the University of Delhi from 2015 to 2018, and he has been an expert member, examiner, and assessor for physiotherapy and other allied health courses at various universities and institutes.
