What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

A true leader, in my view, is an individual who not only leads but also actively works to nurture and develop future leaders. At our institution, we are dedicated to instilling essential leadership qualities in our students. We achieve this goal by assigning them meaningful and responsible tasks and engaging them in various activities. Through hands-on experiences, we aim to cultivate the skills, mindset, and qualities that are characteristic of effective leaders. What do you think should be the Institution’s top priority over the next 10 years?

We would like the students to know more about our infrastructure, sports, extracurricular activities faculty and placement records. 

What do you see as your college’s greatest strengths? 

Fully AC Infrastructure, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, highly educated and trained faculty and almost 95% placement are our strengths. 

What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for your college specifically?

Keeping students focused and committed to their goals are common challenge for both. To keep pace with the industry, higher education is evolving faster than imagination, and developing course curricula is a very big challenge for the system 

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth? 

Being focused on your goal is a fundamental principle that underscores the importance of maintaining a clear and unwavering concentration on your objectives. This involves channelling your energy, attention, and efforts towards a specific target or outcome.
