When you came to the Institute, what was your vision and how are you trying to achieve the same?

When I had first joined the university, my vision for the university was individualistic in nature. However, as I was inducted into the university and over the many years of experience in the university, the vision that I have now is of the students and their professional growth. Currently I work closely with students in the Dean of Students' office and this is aligning with my vision as an educator and as the Associate Dean of Students.
