Dr. Lokeshver Singh Jodhana, Registrar at Malwanchal University, holds a PhD (Management), N.E.T. (U.G.C.), and Master in Tourism Management (Gold Medalist) from the Faculty of Management Studies, M. L. S. University. A multidimensional academician, he previously worked as a Professor and Dean at the Index Institute of Management, Arts and Sciences at Malwanchal University. Furthermore, he completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management (PGDTHM) degree as a gold medalist and has a Local Level Tourist Guiding License from the Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan as well. He has an immersive 20 years of academic and administrative experience in the field of education as an exemplary academician. He has guided several research scholars at the doctoral level.

Dr. Jodhana has around 93 research papers and articles published in different international and national journals, magazines, and newspapers. He has published two books as a sole author, one international and another from national publishing houses. He has participated in more than 95 national and international seminars and conferences. He is consistently engaged in many research projects in Tourism and Management academics. Moreover, he is also a member of the advisory cum editorial board of various international publishing houses and has been awarded with three different awards and accolades over a 20 years career.

As the Registrar of Malwanchal University, I face challenges in keeping up with changing educational rules and making sure everything follows the right guidelines. Managing student records and academic data is getting more complicated, and we need good tech solutions to keep things accurate and efficient. We also must be smart about our budget to meet the university's different needs. It's tough to balance the desire for top-notch education with our budget limits. Another challenge is making sure everyone—teachers, staff, and students—communicates well, especially in a university that's growing fast. Even with these challenges, we see them as chances to come up with new ideas, get better, and make Malwanchal University even more successful.
