How do you establish healthy relations with the students and faculties of your college?
I have stayed in close contact and am friendly with both my college’s staff and students. And to keep it going, I stay in constant contact with my teachers. This allows me to know whether they are having difficulties and occasionally provide them with the support and direction they need. I’ve also made sure that there is a courteous and reliable line of communication open for us to discuss our private matters.
How do you approach decision-making in your role and how do you balance the needs of different stakeholders when making difficult decisions?
We always practice teamwork here. Every institute has hierarchies. As a result, I am aware that the Dean’s academic duties are crucial since maintaining quality is at the heart of education, and maintaining quality requires the dean’s academic staff to work extremely hard and strategically. Throughout that process, I will answer directly to higher-ups like the esteemed Chairman Sir. Whenever a challenging circumstance, crisis, or other issue arises, we get together and work through it collectively through bargaining and decision-making.
How do you tend to build an industry connection with this program?
As a component of the Industry-Institute Interaction Program, we actively collaborate with the industry. Esteemed professionals from the industry graciously impart their insights on contemporary technology. By elucidating the industry’s demands, they assist students in adequately preparing themselves.
Any valuable advice that you would like to give to the students to have a prosperous career ahead?
I hold a strong conviction that diligent effort is the sole determinant of success as it enables individuals to cultivate essential skills, acquire valuable experience, and establish a solid groundwork for enduring accomplishments, unlike quick fixes that may yield temporary benefits but lack long-term sustainability.
