Nilachal Polytechnic offers five diploma courses in the engineering stream. All the courses are full time, and details can be checked at Academics selection of the website. They are as follows:

Nilachal Polytechnic Bhubaneshwar Admission

Application for admission takes place in online mode and diploma course admission is available in two modes: Regular Entry and Lateral entry.

Application Process

Apply online at http://skill.samsodisha.gov.in/diploma.aspx as per dates mentioned in the “Admission Timeline” given in the information brochure.
Candidates applying via lateral entry have to fill the lateral entry application form, and the rest of the process is similar for them.
Candidates need to register first with uploads of photograph, signature and then pay a registration fee.
Candidates have to fill their particulars such as marks in10th-grade, Roll No of 10th-grade exams etc. in the form just like the info in the 10th-grade exams & have to upload photographs, signature and 10th-grade mark-sheets.
Candidates have to take the printed application form, with fee payment proof, and required documents to a counselling centre of their choice for manual verification, if not done online previously.
After initial document verification, a merit list will be published based on the marks obtain in 10th-grade exams.
Candidates should choose colleges based on their meritorious ranking re in the merit list.
Merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in 10+2 exams.
Seats are allotted based on choices, availability of seats and merit obtained in the merit list.
Manual document verification will also be done at the allotted college.
