My passion for learning and advancing knowledge has been a driving force throughout my career, from when I was a student at BHU to today when I am the Director here at Sri Sharda Group of Institutions. Education is not just a place for me, it is a commitment to life. I welcome the opportunity to contribute to the learning and development of my students and colleagues, helping them to achieve their potential. Participation in new research and innovation is the result of my passion for pushing the boundaries of knowledge and integrating modern technology into academic practice. By leading scientific research and creating a good learning environment, I can directly influence the quality of learning, supporting the development of daily and routine learning goals. strengthened my commitment to the field of study. Being the Director of Shri Sharda Group of Institutions, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
I believe in the importance of setting a clear vision and goals for the organization. By setting goals and new directions, my goal is to inspire and guide students and teachers to achieve these goals. My approach involves looking beyond the immediate problem to create a future that combines traditional values with today's higher education. By valuing and utilizing the diverse skills and perspectives of my team, I create a dynamic environment where everyone is motivated to do their best. Interdepartmental and interdisciplinary collaboration is essential to support future research and development projects. I strive to create an environment where students are not only supported in their learning but also encouraged to reach their full potential. This includes providing resources, guidance, and opportunities that align with traditional educational goals and emerging business trends. successfully manage and rely on data-driven decision-making. This holistic approach is designed to foster professional excellence and is beneficial to academics and general education.
Being the director, how do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?
To increase Shri Sharda Group’s impact and effectiveness, we identify unique strengths, create engaging content, tailor messaging to meet individual needs, and optimize through quality control processes, software management, and regular financial updates. Leverage feedback from students, faculty, and stakeholders on changing educational and technology needs. Recognize and reward collaboration with the organization’s goals. Monitor alignment and raise community awareness through updates, forums, and advocacy strategies. These strategies can support the organization’s business goals and increase its overall impact and effectiveness. We also conduct job fairs every year for the same purpose.
