Top International Accreditation body EFMD has awarded BSIS label to Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) Greater Noida. This makes the management institute the first Business School in India to have got this assessment and label.

BSIS is the first comprehensive impact assessment tool developed by EFMD for business schools to demonstrate their impact upon their different stakeholders at local, regional and international level. It is a framework of 120 indicators, covering 7 dimensions which include Financial Impact, Educational Impact, Business Development Impact, Intellectual Impact, Impact within Regional Ecosystem, Societal Impact and Image Impact.

BIMTECH

Dr Eric Cornuel, Director General & CEO and Dr Michel Kalika, Senior Advisor, EFMD presented BSIS award and plaque to Dr H Chaturvedi, Director, BIMTECH and Dr A K Dey, Chairman, Centre for Management Case Development at BIMTECH. The ceremony was held recently at the ongoing EFMD Annual convention at Nova Business School, Lisbon, Portugal. The event witnessed a participation of more than 500 Directors / Deans of leading B School at global scale.

The event also witnessed the international release of the book titled “Quality, Accreditation & Ranking: A Silent Revolution in the Offing in Indian Higher Education” edited by Dr. H Chaturvedi, Director, BIMTECH by Dr. Eric Cornuel.
