Personal Interview Process
Candidates will be selected for the BIMTECH PGDM program based on their entrance exam scores (CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT) followed by a Personal Interview, and Extempore. Applicants may submit more than one entrance test score. BIMTECH will consider the best test score for shortlisting the students for the PI round, and Extempore.

BIMTECH gives an option to students and working professionals to pursue online PGDM course. The students has to appear for the entrance test, and once qualified a provisional offer letter will be issued to the student. BIMTECH Application Process 2025
BIMTECH admission usually starts from September and goes on till April next year. Candidates need to appear for any one of the acceptable entrance examinations including CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT for PGDM and PGDM (IB). Candidates interested in PGDM (IBM) and PGDM (RM) have an additional option of getting admitted through MAT scores as well apart from the above-mentioned exams. Admissions to doctoral programs do not require any entrance test. Candidates interested in FPM and EFPM will be admitted based on their research proposal and personal interview.
For PGDM and related courses, the accepted entrance exam gets a weightage of 35% in the final merit list. Admission to BIMTECH happens in multiple stages which are summarized below.
- Candidates need to apply online through the common application form at https://online.admissions.bimtech.ac.in/.
- An application fee of INR 2000 has to be paid through a Credit/Debit Card.
- The applicants have to fill up the application form with accurate information.

Candidates are required to appear for CAT or XAT or GMAT or MAT or CMAT entrance exam for Admission to PGDM IBM and RM program. CAT / XAT / CMAT / GMAT / MAT scores are not required for NRI, Corporate / NRI, Sponsored Categories & Supernumerary Seats. Candidates are selected for the PGDM IBM program based on their Entrance Exam scores accompanied by a Personal Interview. The total fees for the program is INR 11 Lakhs. Candidates who are Graduated with a Minimum of 50% Marks. Candidates appearing for Final Year Graduation Examination can also apply. Such candidates need to produce the final year result of Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate on or before 31st October 2024
