As a full-time residential program, one has to move into the hostel as soon as the year starts and have to stay there for 2 years. It's also very handy, since the BIMTECH campus is a busy place with a lot of academic training and other things going on all the time. Staying on campus makes sure that you won't miss any of these chances for peer learning and that you'll keep up with all your classes.

BIMTECH has taken a lot of care with regard to the facilities provided at the hostel. They also added new rules during COVID-19 for the sake of everyone’s safety. Anyone who joins a hostel for the first time has to remain quarantined for two weeks. The food was delivered to the room during those two weeks and once quarantine was over, you had to go to the mess to eat. The room was cleaned and mopped every morning by the worker. For the time being, management has decided to give single rooms, this may or may not change in the coming year.
