The moment when the students and parents are getting satisfied with our services. Placement day and graduation day are the two occasions which make us more proud by seeing the outcomes of the aspirants. 


What strategy do you employ for building an efficient work team?

Appreciating even small good work, communicating with individuals, identifying strength, making sure that you have a clear idea of what you need to accomplish, and setting ground rules for the team are the basic key criteria for building an efficient work team.


What was the most challenging task that you faced in your career so far, and what did you learn from it?

Technology Updation, Survey on Market Trends, Contact establishment, Continuous Learning are the factors which we should always learn for this field.


What do you find the most difficult about being a Director-Industry and Public Relations?

The major bottleneck is, preparing the skilled students as per the time to time requirements of various industries. Since the industry expectations are changing due to rapid change in technology, it is difficult to associate.


What is your Vision for Sri Indu College of Engineering & Technology in the next five years?

My vision is to become a standalone institution by the way of its quality service and uniqueness.
